Abstract: 

In this paper, we first compared the efficiency of Public banks and private banks in the country. The results obtained showed that the efficiency indicators of Public banks are much less than private banks. Then by using grounded theory as a qualitative research method, through interviews with managers in the banking industry of Iran, reasons of lower efficiency of Public banks than private banks were analyzed. Data analysis in three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding showed that Public banks, according to their Public nature and their circumstances are faced with a phenomenon known as "organizational clutter". Organizational clutter result that the consumers of bank resources become "resource waster". Also the inefficient organizational structure and organizational culture as a context factors, affect resources wasting. As well as, information poverty and organizational prodigality affect resources wasting and intensify it. This situations lead to inefficiency of Public banks in the banking industry of Iran.

Abstract: 

Job crafting has been one of the constant concerns of human resource managers in organizations. Job crafting is a new approach in which employees are actively changing their career boundaries. The purpose of this study is to assess the job crafting of employees of Public banks in Bushehr. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method is survey type and used structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the study is the employees of Public banks in Bushehr. According to Cochran's table, 230 questionnaires were analyzed. In order to measure the variable of job crafting, the 21-item questionnaire of Thames et al. was used. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated in terms of form, content and structure and its reliability was calculated 96% by experimental implementation and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results show that from the perspective of employees of Public banks in Bushehr, the component of increasing job social resources, the component of reducing the barriers to job demand, the component of increasing structural job resources and finally the component of increasing job challenge demands had the most impact on job crafting.

Abstract: 

Essential oils were isolated by hydro-distillation from the arial parts and seeds of Pimpinella eriocarpa banks & Soland Individually that were collected from khojir (Northeast of Tehran province).The yields of arial parts and seed oils were 1.3% and 5.7%w/w, respectively. Fifteen constituents in the aerial parts oil and eight constituents in seed oil were identified.Major constituents of the aerial parts oil were Pregeijerene (59.9%), Limonene (17.6%) and Elemicin (12.5%). Major constituents of the seed oil were Limonene (49.3%) and Elemicin (44.5%).Two major compounds (Limonene and Elemicin) were common in both of the oils. Seven trace constituents of the aerial parts oil were not found in the seed oil at all.

Abstract: 

The present research was carried out on the comparative study of social capital in Kerman city Public banks. The Present research method is descriptive and survey, and data collection tool is a questionnaire. Therefore, from among Public banks, four banks (Melli, Mellat, Refah and Tejarat) were randomly selected. Three tests of one-way ANOVA, Scheffe, and one –sample T-test was used to analyze research data and test research hypotheses. The result of the study indicate that there is a significant difference between Refah bank and the other studied banks in terms of the level of social capital and its components. Also, the results of the study show that the component of identification in all the studied banks, the components of identification, reciprocity and shared narratives in Mellat Bank, the components of identification and reciprocity in Melli Bank and the component of reciprocity and shared narratives in Tejarat Bank are not significantly different from test value (t-test value: 4), but there is a significant difference in the other components of social capital in the studied banks. Therefore, it is argued that, although the studied Public banks follow from the formalized policies of Iran Central Bank, but forming and developing social capital can affect the productivity of banks in terms of customer attraction, retention and their competitiveness.

Abstract: 

In today's competitive world, customer satisfaction and customer retention are very important. For this reason, different models have been designed to measure customer satisfaction, since every industry has its own needs, Customer satisfaction models need to be localized according to the needs of each sector and industry. In this study, the Factors Affecting on Customer Satisfaction in Meli and Eghtesad Novin banks have been identified and with using the Kano model, these factors are divided into three categories: Basic Quality, Performance Quality and Excitement Quality. The study population consisted the customers of Meli and Eghtesad Novin banks and the sample size for each bank was 384 that was selected by Simple random Methodology. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbach's alpha equal to 0. 942 for the Meli Bank and 0. 875 for the Eghtesad Novin Bank. The results showed that from the viewpoint of the clients of both banks, the low commission rate and the cost of doing banking services are Basic requirements, Appearance adornment and Branch Welfare Facilities, Having branches to serve outside office hours and Expansion of electronic banking services are Performance requirements. Also, uniform staff coverage has been identified as one of the Excitement requirements and Customers are indifferent to offer specific services to specific customers. Based on the results of the research for Eghtesad Novin Bank clients, Timely accountability of Head and staff of the bank as well as Customer protection policies were a Performance requirement, Bank loan terms Such as how to pay, interest rate, time of payment, etc. were identified as Basic needs and they were indifferent to the profits of investment deposits. Whereas For the Meli Bank clients, Timely accountability of Head and staff of the bank was a Basic requirement, the profits of investment deposits was a Performance requirement, Customer protection policies was a Excitement requirement and they were indifferent to the Bank loan terms Such as how to pay, interest rate, time of payment.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the study is to design a new behavioral model of blockchain technology acceptance in Public banks through content analysis. Therefore, based on the theoretical literature and behavioral theories of technology acceptance, the primary conceptual model was presented. Then, by interviewing experts selected by snowball method, the relevant model was finalized. Theoretical validity and interpretive validity methods were used to measure the validity of interviews. To check the reliability of interviews, the test-retest reliability method has been used. The validity of the factors was checked through the Delphi technique and with fuzzy calculations. According to the results, four main factors of the behavioral model are: people, environment, organization, and technology. Totally 10 sub-factors and 36 indicators were identified. This model can contribute to Public banks to understand how these various factors interact with each other and how they can be improved to achieve higher acceptance of blockchain technology.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to consider the relationship between enterprise intelligence, attractiveness and banks’ internal capabilities with their competitiveness. Research method is descriptive-correlative with structural equation model. Statistical community includes all managers and employees in various branches of Ilam provincial Public (governmental) banks, totally 1800 subjects. By using Morgan table, 317 subjects were selected as sample. Research sampling method is proportional. To gather data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, its reliability was confirmed by usingα-cronbach. Finally, data set were analyzed by means of LISREL or structural equations modeling. Research results show that there is a direct, positive and significant relationship between enterprise intelligence, attractiveness and banks’ internal capabilities with their competitiveness.

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to investigate the dimensions of talent-based organizations and formulate a theoretical model for Public banks. The interpretive-constructive epistemology paradigm was used with a qualitative approach and the grounded theory strategy. Based on theoretical and purposeful sampling, semi-structured interviews with executive administers of the bank and professors of human resources management were conducted. After transcription and coding the three-step text of the interviews using the Nvivo qualitative software, the findings were extracted based on four main domains in the form of 15 selective codes and 38 axial codes. The pivotal talent phenomenon as the core of the model, 1-Context with three selective codes of political-legal structure, cultural structure and mental structure, 2-Causal Conditions with five selective codes of loose and horizontal structure, flexible and individual goals, three-dimensional evaluation, informal and horizontal relationships, dynamism and risk-taking, 3-Strategy with four selective codes of using evolutionary leaders, changing insights and beliefs, creating a talent bank and becoming a learning organization; and 4-Outcomes of the pivotal talent phenomenon for the organization with three selective codes for the establishment of a meritocratic system, an increase organizational effectiveness and survival of the organization were categorized and conceptualized. The expert directors and professors had strengthened some sort of optimism and epistemic hope in their own philosophy in order to overcome the obstacles of pivotal talent phenomenon and on the other hand, for trying to create and realize talent-oriented conditions and factors.

Abstract: 

Efficiency growth in financial institutions, one of the most important economic institutions in every country, is a fundamental step toward economic development Iranian banks does not have desirable efficiency, because most of them are governmental and without financial markets development. In this paper we want to address and compare efficiency in Public and private banks, so we have used Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach, which is linear programming method. and being simple and reliable to measure the efficiency. We analysis the structure of banks and compare economic efficiency in governmental and private banks after establishing the first private bank. First we consider economic efficiency in governmental and private banks with variable return to scale using DEA approach.We have used two methods, named as: intermediation approach with income aspect and production approach with value added aspect. Efficiency accounting with using the first aspect shows that the economic efficiency in governmental banks is more than private banks, and the reason is that in private banks, there are several people who are deciding about the approaches, with different ideas and also there are not enough experts in banks problems. In the second approach, we find out that the economic efficiency in private banks is more than Public bank. The main reason for that is upper amount of technical efficiency in these banks. In this approach, the results during the first year of research (1380) is meaningless, The reason is the basic structure of private banks in the past and the time of their establishment, that causes comparison of them whith governmental banks to be difficult. At last we conclude that desirable efficiency of private banks and also announcing the following clauses of principle 44 of the I.R.Iran constitution mentioning to privatization of some governmental banks, it is necessary to become more efficient and the competition of the two groups of banks result in upgrading the level of quality and economic efficiency of them.
